POP25 Batch Programming Progress Window

The Batch Programmer retrieves and allows you to view-only the date and time that the current POP25 (Programming Over Project 25) Batch Programming session was started.  The "Select Schedule Date and Time" was previously defined in the POP25 Batch Programming Scheduler window.
